skip_leading_whitespace_text#

Inside
the lexer preserves whitespace-only text runs, including the run
that follows the opening '{' of an @if/@else html block. That whitespace is
code formatting, not content, so the parser skips a single leading
whitespace-only text token right after each block's '{'. Outside the
lexer already drops it, so this is a no-op there.
